Hacketts Satisfaction Policy
Hacketts goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, Hacketts 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy means a convenient way to return or exchange any purchase. Just bring the item you’d like to return or exchange to the Customer Service Desk of any Hacketts store near you, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your satisfaction is important to Hacketts.
Hacketts 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy
Hacketts will gladly refund or exchange any unused purchase or gift in its original packaging with a receipt within 30 Days of Purchase. Returns made in 30 Days of Purchase without a receipt, Hacketts will issue a store credit that may be used at any Hacketts location in the future. After 30 Days, merchandise that is defective will be subject to the manufacturer’s policy on returns.
Pricing Policy
Hacketts will make a pricing adjustment if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later. You will be eligible for a price adjustment if you meet all of the following:
- You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
- Within 14 days of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
- You have the original, dated sales receipt.
- The item is not a Clearance Markdown.
